Post, Telecommunication and Information Adviser Md. Nahid Islam said that human rights were mentioned in the constitution. But this constitution could not protect us for 16 years. The court could not save. As a result, this overall issue needs to be reformed.

He said this at a press conference on Tuesday (September 10) in the afternoon.

The information adviser said that student politics has been corrupted in the past. Despite the capacity, the roads are in poor condition due to corruption. Development has been tarnished by showing Padma Bridge-Metrorail as symbolic. He added, not only a change of person, but a change of system is most important at the moment.

Nahid Islam also said, the quota reform movement of '18 had to be done again in '24. We never thought that the anti-discrimination movement would turn into a mass movement and everyone would participate in it. We did not think that private universities will enter the field after the government university halls became vacant. Common people also entered the field. Sometimes it seems that martyrdom is a blessing. Why couldn't we be that lucky?

The information adviser said that the police have been used by the Awami League government in such a way that the police are still not able to turn around with confidence. He said that the sacrifice of the martyrs will be worthwhile if there are reforms in all areas.
